He has worked extensively in commercial, production and marketing roles in consumer goods, financial services and other service industries. Eugene is responsible for the overall leadeship of the Ergo business including strategy setting on a global basis.

His experience has been gained in consumer goods, heavy industry and manufacturing. As the leader of all operational activities across the business his responsibilities include business unit operations, human resources and legal compliance.
